Mr. Hon brings 15 years of experience in exploration development, supply chain, business development for independent O&G companies, QA/QC inspection & analysis, onshore/offshore oil and gas operation fields. Provided my skills listed above to a wide variety of upstream oil & gas operations, U.S. D.O.D. projects, fleets of heavy commercial equipment, plant equipment, electrical generation, mobile offshore drilling units, onshore and offshore drilling rig operations, and military equipment with letters of recommendations. Started my oil and gas career with Moore Well Services in the summers during high school in Oil City, LA from 1998-2002. In 2004 began with Noble, starting at roustabout until I worked my way up to operations engineer trainee through experience and internal engineering fast track training. During that role I helped manage the drilling of 24 offshore wells for Shell Oil in Walker Ridge and Alaminos Canyon in the Gulf of Mexico. Spent time working abroad in the Middle East with a project critical role as QA/QC Data Analyst for SAIC and Department of Defense. Within this role on the multi-billion dollar a year JLI- MRAP operations support project for the Department of Defense, Mr. Hon analyzed the quality data works providing process and quality control improvement of 13 different companies, in which 6 were fortune 500 companies, that saved $600,000000 on the project budget annually. After his tenure ended in the Middle East Mr. Hon consulted for BG, BP, Shell Oil, Henry Resources, Apache Oil , Sand Ridge, PEMEX, MexDrill, PETROBRAS, Transocean, and Diamond Offshore under Hon&Clark Energy/Athens Group Umbrella. Mr. Hon was contracted by Athens Group where he developed their oil and gas consulting portfolio from startup to $10,000,000 in annual business. Outside of consulting Mr. Hon had taken on oil and gas projects independently since 2012. Since being independent, Mr. Hon has been involved with Acquisitions and development in the Eagle Ford that led to divestitures to Stat Oil and Linn Energy that resulted in a 4 to 1 return. In 2015, Mr. Hon was involved in an ongoing JV development in Zavala County, Texas, that was suspended for the time being during low oil prices, which resulted in 2P reserves of 300,000,000 BBLS of oil recoverable confirmed by Ralph E. Davis Associates. In 2016, contributions were made to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Handbook by Gulf Publishing Company that was to be completed 2017 for college petroleum engineering courses and was a lead facilitator on a research engagement for a new linear electronic oil pump while doing due diligence on projects in the Permian Basin and Eaglebine Fareways. Head of business development for start up oil and gas company Winright Oil in 2017 and was part of the raising $50,000,000 towards the acquisition of Range Resources assets in the Anadarko Baisin. Evaluated 150 potential oil and gas transactions from 2016-2017.
