Billington Holdings Plc (AIM: BILN), one of the UK's leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, announces that Lyndsey Scott, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of her intention to step down.
Lyndsey will remain in her position until a suitable successor has been identified, with a target transition date of 31 January 2026.
