Board Appointment

Big Yellow Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of John Hunter as an Executive Director with effect from the Group's Annual General Meeting on 17 July.

John joined the business as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024 and has made a very successful start to leading day-to-day operations of the business.

He originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 2001.  He has held general management roles with Carphone Warehouse, Geek Squad and HomeServe, with over 20 years' experience in the retail and consumer services sectors.

Aside from the information set out in the announcement above, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
