Bemax Announces Vendor Agreement and Registration with The Kroger Co.

DALLAS, GA/ July 16, 2025/ Bemax Inc. (OTCID: BMXC) a private label development Company with a focus on disposable diapers and women’s hygienic sanitary products, is pleased to announce the completion of vendor registration with The Kroger Co. (“Kroger”), an American retail company that operates over 2,700 supermarkets and multi-department stores throughout the United States.

Bemax earlier announced the supplier agreement with The Kroger Co. With the completion of the vendor registration, Bemax shall receive purchase orders from Kroger, upon which Kroger shall commit to purchasing Bemax’s new brands of disposable and hygienic products. Kroger shall be obligated only to purchase not more than the volume of product for which a valid purchase order has been issued, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
