DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R, the Company wishes to announce a change to the other appointments of Sarah Whitney, a non-executive director and the senior independent director of the Company.

Sarah has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and Chair Designate of International Public Partnerships ("INPP"), a FTSE 250-listed infrastructure investment company, with effect from 24 November 2025. She has been appointed to the Board and the Audit and Risk, Management Engagement, ESG and Nomination and Remuneration Committees with immediate effect and will assume the role of Chair at the conclusion of INPP's 2026 AGM.
