After a thorough review, Bell Rose Capital, Inc. affirms that the information contained in the original press release dated November 30, 2021, was indeed accurate, and the retraction issued in May 2022 was incorrect.

The press release dated November 30, 2021, accurately announced the acquisition of Salgado Family Trucking, Inc., a California-based trucking company. The acquisition included Salgado Family Trucking, Inc. initially obtaining the control block of Bell Rose Capital, Inc.
