Supplemental Information – Press Release Retraction

May 13, 2022 | Bell Rose Capital, Inc. (the “Company”, “OTC Pink: BELR”) retracts its press release issued on November 30, 2021 regarding its acquisition of Salgado Family Trucking, Inc. The press release implies a merger transpired between the two parties. The Company has not entered into any legally binding merger agreement with Salgado Family Trucking, Inc. or any other entities. On November 29, 2021, the Company published its disclosure statement on OTC Markets Group, Inc., that Salgado Family Trucking, Inc. acquired the controlling position of the Company which constituted a change in control. As of the date of this supplemental report, the Company is still a shell company with no operations or assets. If the Company has any material event to report it will seek to make disclosures to OTC Markets, Inc.
