announces today that Tim Gargaro has unexpectedly
resigned from Bell Buckle Holdings Inc., Board of Directors.
Tim’s extensive knowledge and experience in public
companies as a CFO, will leave us with a challenge to find an
adequate replacement.
We have already began the process of finding additional
Board members to fill the void.
A typographical error was made regarding Tim’s involvement
with the Federal Reserve Board in Atlanta.
We find it necessary and appropriate to provide clarification
on his role and participation.
Tim was recommended to the President of the Atlanta Federal
Reserve Board by at the time President of Truist Financial
Corporation.
His participation is available on line with Duke University.
This prestigious recognition by the President of this respected
financial institution should be noted for its significance
in acknowledging Tim’s knowledge and expertise in financial
matters.
This typographical error by no means diminishes his
credibility, expertise and experience that Bell Buckle Holdings
Inc., was extremely fortunate to benefit from during his tenure.
We are extremely grateful to Tim, for such a person of his
stature to be involved however briefly with Bell Buckle
