Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BLLB) announces today that Roger Hood has been appointed the new CEO, Chairman of the Board and Interim President. Hood brings with him a new executive management team and new board members to be announced. Robert Clegg, former CEO & Board Member, Kris Baillargeon, VP, and Board Members Rick Hart, Barry Fabyan, and Nicholas Coriano have resigned.

Mr. Hood serves as Founder and CEO of Green Mantis LLC,  a High-Technology software and engineering company which markets and sells consulting & engineering services, products and research in various sectors of industry wanting and needing to "Go Green".

Mr. Hood consults clients on advanced business strategies, such as economic moats and matters of Intellectual Property Management with a focus on Public Private Partnerships and the building of sustainable communities. Mr. Hood leverages alliances and disruptive innovation to solve problems. Mr. Hood brings to Bell Buckle Holdings a High-Technology IP Portfolio that he personally curated. Mr. Hood holds a (Bachelors of Science) in Political Science from Western Michigan University “Class of 1990” and a J.D. (Juris Doctor Degree) from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law “Class of 1994.”
