17 November 2025 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to confirm that the 2025 AGM of Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc will be held at Riverside Building, 2 King's Inch Way, Renfrew PA4 8YU on 17 December 2025 at 12:00 noon.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders 21 November 2025, and will also be available on the Company's website.
