Beeks Financial Cloud appoints haysmacintyre as Auditors

22 March 2024 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of haysmacintyre as auditor to the Company with immediate effect. The appointment follows a thorough tender process overseen by the Company's Board Audit Committee and will be confirmed in a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company's previous auditor, Grant Thornton LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
