Change of accounting reference date

The Company announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 March to 31 December with immediate effect. The decision was made after consulting with the Company's Auditors.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, the Company reporting timetable will be as follows:

•  Publication of audited accounts for the Financial Year End of 31 December 2023, no later than 30 April 2024

•  Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 June 2024, no later than 30 September 2024

•  Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 31 December 2024, no later than 30 April 2025
