Result of AGM and Change of Name to Beacon Energy plc
Advance Energy plc ( AIM:ADV ), the energy company seeking growth through acquisition or farm-in to interests in discovered upstream projects, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed, including approval of the change of company name to Beacon Energy plc. In conjunction with the change of name, the Company's TIDM will also change from TIDM:ADV to TIDM:BCE.
The Company is awaiting the change of name certificate from the Companies Registry in the Isle of Man and will release a further announcement in due course confirming the timing for the change of name and TIDM taking effect.
