Replacement Announcement - Total Voting Rights

The following announcement is a replacement announcement for the announcement released on 1 August 2022.

The total number of shares in issue and the number of shares held in treasury pending cancellation (carrying no voting rights attached until issued) have been corrected. All other information remains unchanged.

Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company as at 29 July 2022 were as follows:
