Confirmation of timing of announcement of Preliminary Results

The Company confirms that it will announce its Preliminary Results for the 52 week period to 25 March 2023 on 31 May 2023 at 7:00am.  There will be an in-person meeting for analysts and investors at 9:30am on the same day, to be held at Bank of America, 2 King Edward St, London, EC1A 1HQ. There will be a live webcast of the presentation available via the B&M corporate website at https://www.bandmretail.com/investors/presentations/year/2023
