Notice of Interim dividend rate: GBP

On 7 December 2022, the Company released its 2023 Half Year results announcing an interim dividend of € 0.8 cents per share.

The Company's shareholders will receive their dividend in EUR, unless they have made an election to receive dividends in GBP. The deadline for the currency election in respect of this interim dividend payment was 4 January 2023.

This announcement confirms that the GBP rate applicable for the interim dividend for shareholders who made a currency election before the applicable deadline (or did not change their election to receive dividend in GBP made for the previous dividend) and who therefore will receive their dividend in GBP.

The dividend will be paid on 25 January 2023 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 16 December 2022. 

Please note, the Company's shareholders can change their election for each dividend by following the guidance on the company website: www.balticclassifieds.com/dividends , and if they do not re-elect then they will receive the dividend in the same currency for which they elected for the previous dividend.
