2024 Annual Report and Accounts

BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that its 2024 Annual Report has been published today and can be accessed at: https://annualreport.baesystems.com/2024. This follows the publication of the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2024 published on 19 February 2025, which can be accessed at: https://investors.baesystems.com/results-centre.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Company's 2024 Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism today and will be shortly available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

As part of the mailing of the Company's 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Company's 2024 Annual Report will be posted to those shareholders who have previously requested paper copies.
