Non-Executive Director retirement

Babcock International Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Lucy Dimes, Non-Executive Director, has decided to retire and will not stand for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2025.

The Board thanks Lucy for her commitment and support since being appointed in April 2018.  During this time, the Company has benefited greatly from Lucy's input and positive contribution to its turnaround and successes. 

The Company wishes her well for the future.
