Purchase of Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 17 April 2025, B.P. Marsh announces that it has purchased 4,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 665.00 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be held in Treasury.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) (which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a detailed breakdown of individual trades is available below:

Total voting rights  

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 37,100,000 Shares and the Company holds 1,069,000 Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 36,031,000.

The above figure of 36,031,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
