Final Dividend Declaration
B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), the specialist venture capital investor in early stage financial services businesses, has proposed a dividend of 6.78p per share (the "Dividend"), which will be recommended to shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 17th July 2025.
If approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 17th July 2025, the Dividend will be paid on 25th July 2025, to all shareholders on the register of members on 27th June 2025. The ex-dividend date is 26th June 2025.
