Correction - PDMR and Director Dealings

B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM),  announced the purchase by Mr. Dan Topping's daughter Felicity Topping, of 1,758 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Friday 8th December 2023.

The announcement contained an incorrect number of share options held by Dan Topping. This should have instead stated that Dan has options over 220,000 Ordinary Shares as part of the Company's Share Option Plan announced on 15th November 2023.

All other details set out in the announcement were correct and remain unchanged.
