Correction - Total Voting Rights

This announcement is a correction of the Total Voting Rights announcement published on 1 May 2025 (RNS 8889G). The share capital and total number of voting rights were misstated. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below which now states the correct figures for the share capital and total voting rights.

In fulfilment of its obligations under DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that as at 30 April 2025, the share capital of the Company consisted of 122,590,087 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence, of which 1,458,471 are held in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30 April 2025 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 121,131,616. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
