Notice of Q1 2023 Results

 

Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM, TSX: AYM) will release its first quarter financial results for the period ended 31 March 2023 ("Q1 2023") together with its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements on Monday, 15 May 2023.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Alberto Lavandeira (CEO) and César Sánchez (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the Q1 2023 Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday, 18 May 2023 at 13:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
