Resignation of Non-executive Director

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the resignation of Antony Sheriff, Senior Independent Non-executive Director, with effect from 17 May 2023. 

Antony Sheriff has taken the decision to step down from the Board to focus on his other directorships and commitments.  Antony has recently been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Rimac Group and at Bugatti-Rimac.  Antony will not therefore offer himself for re-election by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2023.

Lawrence Stroll, Executive Chairman commented "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Antony for his significant contribution as Senior Independent Non-executive Director and a member of all our Board Committees.  We have greatly benefited from Antony's automotive experience." 

With effect from 17 May 2023, Sir Nigel Boardman will become the Company's Senior Independent Non-executive Director, and Marigay McKee will become a member of the Nomination Committee. 

The Board's search for a new Independent Non-executive Director has commenced.
