Board changes

Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') announces that Richard Reid, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board of the Company on 30 April 2025 having completed nine years as a director since his appointment to the Board.

This announcement does not affect Richard's standing for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company later today.
