Completion of Subscription, Significant Shareholder Update and TVR

Further to its announcement of 29 May 2025, the Company announces the settlement of Tranche 2 of the Subscription with BUMA, raising gross proceeds approximately US$1.5 million through the issue of 141,909,995 Tranche 2 Shares. Accordingly, the Subscription has raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately £1.9 million (approximately US$2.5 million).

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of the 141,909,995 Tranche 2 Shares, which is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. (BST) on or around 18 July 2025 ("Tranche 2 Admission").

Following Tranche 2 Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 3,212,984,642 Common Shares, with no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculating notifiable interests under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Following Tranche 2 Admission, BUMA will be interested in 1,432,275,431 Common Shares, representing 44.6% of Asiamet's issued share capital. 

Unless otherwise defined herein, defined terms used shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company's announcement of 29 May 2025.
