Annual General Meeting - Update 

 

Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or the "Company") advises the scheduled Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 13 July as per the Notice of Meeting announced on 31 May 2022, will now be held virtually.  Executive Chairman Tony Manini has unfortunately contracted COVID-19 and is currently isolating and unable to travel. 

Shareholders attending the AGM on 13 July 2022 at the offices of Bird and Bird LLC, will be able to interact with key management, Executive Chairman Tony Manini and CEO Darryn McClelland via video conferencing facilities.

Tony Manini and Darryn McClelland are planning an investor roadshow in Q3 2022 and will endeavour to meet with shareholders at this time.
