Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), announces it will hold a General Meeting (GM) at 11:00 a.m. on 22 July 2025 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.
Details of the arrangements and business to be conducted at the GM are set out in the Notice of GM. The Notice of GM, together with a Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders.
