Notice of Annual General Meeting

Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00 a.m. on 9 June 2025 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

Details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, has been posted to shareholders.
