Ashiana Housing Limited has informed the Exchange that Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the company has entered into a Development Agreement to develop a group housing project with approximate saleable area of 4.00 lakh sq. ft at Village Murlipura, Jagatpura, Jaipur (Rajasthan).
