Update on the discharge of the Receivers & Managers (the "R&Ms")

Further to the Company's announcement on 31 July 2025, Aseana (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, confirms that following the full settlement of the defaulted Silver Sparrow Bhd Medium Term Notes ("SSB MTNs") and the filing of the notice of cessation of office by the R&Ms with the relevant authority, the R&Ms appointed to ICSD Ventures Sdn Bhd ("ICSD") have been formally discharged.

The Company has now regained full control of the assets and operations of ICSD, being the Sandakan Hotel asset and Sandakan Harbour Mall.
