Further to the announcement made by the Company on 3 July 2024, Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that Dato Dr Thong Kok Cheong and Clare Mariam Binti Muhiudeen have been appointed as directors to the Board with immediate effect, following receipt of their required know your client ("KYC") forms in Jersey by the Company Secretary.
