Artisan (UK) PLC 10 May 2000 ARTISAN (UK) plc DISPOSES OF NEW CROSS PROPERTY FOR £5,125,000 Artisan (UK) plc, the AIM listed housebuilding, property development, contracting and property refurbishment group, announces that it has today agreed terms and that contracts have been conditionally exchanged in respect of the sale of an industrial park in New Cross, London, for £5,125,000 cash. The New Cross property is part of the portfolio of seven investment properties independently valued at £9,415,000 and acquired by Artisan (UK) following shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in March.
