Mandel has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Rafael Gonçalves de Albuquerque has been appointed as Company Secretary. Jordan S. Mandel – Chief Marketing Officer
Jordan Mandel brings over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate, development, and strategic investments to his role as CMO. As Chairman of Arsenal Holdings, Jordan has already played a key role in repositioning the company and guiding its expansion into sustainable energy, infrastructure, and power generation. As the Founder of Vanguard Global Realty (VGR), he led more than $5 billion in global real estate transactions and oversaw the development of over 4 million square feet of commercial space.
Jordan’s deep knowledge of asset management, corporate strategy, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles will drive Arsenal’s mission to align innovative business models with long-term financial resilience. His success in cross-sector partnerships, hospitality, and emerging markets complements the company’s forward-thinking vision. In addition to his corporate leadership, Jordan remains deeply committed to philanthropy and civic engagement. He serves on the board of The Lower Westside Housing Corporation and supports several nonprofit institutions, including The Nature Conservancy, the Children’s Hearing Institute, and the Central Park Conservancy. He is a proud alumnus of Babson College and currently serves on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association (NSBA).
Rafael Gonçalves de Albuquerque – Company Secretary
Rafael Gonçalves de Albuquerque joins Arsenal as Company Secretary, bringing an extensive legal and governance background with international reach. A corporate attorney specializing in M&A and governance, Rafael studied law at INSPER in Brazil and completed advanced governance training at Columbia University in New York. He is a certified Board Member through the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and has practiced law in prominent firms across Brazil and the U.S.
Rafael’s career includes advising high-net-worth individuals and structuring international Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). He has served as Head of Governance and remains a shareholder at Umana House of Funds, where he has been involved in impact funds associated with global figures like Adrian Grenier and Noah Schnapp, and has co-invested with HighPost Capital (Bezos family) and B Capital (Eduardo Saverin, Facebook co-founder).
In addition to his role at Arsenal, Rafael serves as Legal Counsel for the Mandel Family Office and the Swiss fintech VeroWay/Fyntra. He was recognized in Top 100 Attorneys magazine for his excellence in Corporate Governance and International Wealth Planning and is the author of The Impact of Wealth Transfer to New Generations.
