Grant of awards under the Company's Sharesave Schemes
On 2 October 2025 Aptitude Software Group plc granted awards in the form of options over 385 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 to a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"). Awards were also granted to other employees of the Company under the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 and the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 (together the "Sharesave Schemes").
The options granted under the Sharesave Schemes are subject to three year savings contracts. In accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Schemes, the option price for the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the issue of the invitation on 4 September 2025, and the option price for the International Sharesave Plan 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the date of grant.
Including the PDMR referred to above, a total of 50 employees participated in the Company's 2025 Sharesave Scheme invitation, with a total of 178,890 Sharesave Schemes awards being granted on 2 October 2025.
