Results of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA), the developer of novel Optimer^® binders to enable innovation in the life sciences industry, today announces that the results of voting on the resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today at 10:00 GMT at the offices of Aptamer Group, Windmill House, Innovation Way, York, YO23 1LR, all Resolutions were duly passed. Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 20 November and the full poll results will be made available on the Aptamer website later today.
