APT Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink: APTY), a fintech company, focused on building a modern service around its escrow platform Verifundr and stablecoin, Spera, has joined the Kobo Funds investment network to engage with investors. The Kobo platform makes the funding raising process more efficient, transparent, and available to a wider audience.

Verifundr will also allow for smart contracts as a key component, serving as an impartial third-party to ensure that funds held in escrow are released promptly when both parties fulfill their contractual obligations. The added blockchain-backed features of Verifundr are exceptionally well-suited for automated escrow functions, catering to both domestic and international transactions.
