CHANGE TO BOARD COMMITTEE CHAIR

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, Antofagasta plc announces that Independent Non-Executive Director Eugenia Parot will replace Vivianne Blanlot as Chair of the Sustainability and Stakeholder Management Committee (the "Committee") with effect from 1 January 2025. Ms Blanlot will remain a member of the Committee. Ms Parot has been a member of the Committee since 2021.
