RESULT OF 2022 AGM AND CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

 

7 June 2022. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting earlier today were duly approved by shareholders.

Changes to the Board Committees

The Remuneration and Nomination Committee report in the Company's 2022 annual report stated that membership of the Board Committees would be reviewed when a new Independent Non-Executive Director had been appointed and that it was anticipated that Marc Coucke would stand down from the Committee during the year.  Following the appointment of Doug Hutchens and Sylvia Metayer as Independent Non-Executive Directors, and with Nick Downshire standing down from the Board following today's AGM, the Board has reviewed the composition of its Committees and agreed the following changes with immediate effect. 

 

Sylvia Metayer will take over as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Doug Hutchens will join the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee. Marc Coucke will stand down from the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Jan Boone will stand down from the Audit and Risk Committee.
