Final Dividend Timetable

Below is a corrected version of the dividend payment timetable contained in note 16 of the preliminary results statement for the year ended 31 December 2024, issued earlier today at 7:00 am under RNS No 5084G. The timetable for the payment of the final dividend has been corrected. All other details remain the same.

Final Dividend Timetable

29 April 2025. The Board is proposing a final dividend of 3.0 pence per share (2023: 3.0 pence per share). Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 June 2025, the final dividend will be paid on 18 July 2025 to shareholders whose names are on the Register of Members at close of business on 20 June 2025. The ordinary shares will become ex-dividend on 19 June 2025.
