Update re: Auditor

Further to the announcement of the Company's change of auditor on 15 September 2025, in accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Forvis Mazars LLP ("Mazars") has deposited a statement with the Company to confirm that it has ceased to hold office due to the inability to reach a mutually acceptable commercial agreement with the Company concerning the audit fee for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and confirms that there are no reasons or matters connected with its resignation that must be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.

As required by UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the section 519 statement will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
