Interim Dividend Update

Further to the announcement on 26 September 2025 in relation to the Interim Dividend of 37.3 cents per ordinary share, the Company confirms that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pound Sterling will receive 27.8524 pence per ordinary share. The relevant dates in respect of the Interim Dividend remain unchanged.

Calculation of the Pound Sterling equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=US$1.3392. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 17 October 2025.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, shall have the meanings given to them in announcement on 26 September 2025.
