2024 ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW on Monday, 23 June 2025 at 11 am (UK time).

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the 2024 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The 2024 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be despatched in due course to shareholders and are also available to view on the Company's website at www.angloeastern.co.uk.
