ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 4.1, the Company announces that the following documents are today published on its website:

In accordance with the DTRs, the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2024 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. The Notice of the 2025 AGM will be published on 24 March 2025.
