Result of General Meeting
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc announces that it held its General Meeting ('Meeting') at 10 a.m. at the Company's offices at 5 Lloyd's Avenue, London, United Kingdom, EC3N 3AE, today.
Each of the resolutions contained in the Notice of General Meeting, published on 17 October 2025, were put to the Meeting and voted on. All were duly approved.
