Application to list on Euronext Growth Oslo

Ajax [AQUIS: AJAX], the natural resources investment company, is pleased to announce that it has engaged Bowsprit Partners Limited as Euronext Growth Advisor and Advokatfirmaet Schjødt as Norwegian legal counsel in connection with a proposed application for admission to trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Euronext Growth Market of the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Subject to regulatory approvals, the Company expects to complete the listing during the summer of 2026.
