In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9., A.G. BARR announces that Nick Wharton, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at A.G. BARR, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of the Audit Committee of TheWorks.co.uk plc with effect from 1 August 2025. 

Subject to shareholder approval of Nick's re-election at the Annual General Meeting of TheWorks.co.uk plc on 8 September 2025, Nick will become Chair of the Audit Committee of TheWorks.co.uk plc from 8 September 2025.
