African Discovery Group and MPS Infrastructure terminate business combination agreement with

The previously annouced merger agreement between African Discovery Group and MPS Infrastructure has been terminated.

Given the tragic and untimely passing of the Executive Chairman of MPS, the transaction was no longer of the same strategic value for either company as originally proposed. 

As separate companies, both ADG and MPS look forward to an ongoing professional dialogue and collaboration.
