OTC Markets Group Welcomes Newly Verified OTCQB Companies – March 17

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of Open, Transparent and Connected financial marketplaces, today announced the following companies are verified for trading on OTCQB®, the venture marketplace for entrepreneurial and development stage companies:

Adamant DRI Processing and Minerals Group (OTCQB: ADMG) – Adamant DRI Processing and Minerals Group is engaged in iron ore processing and the production of iron ore concentrate in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") through its variable interest entity ("VIE"), China Jinxin.  Recently it acquired a new subsidiary ("China Huaxin") with a direct reduced iron production facility in Haixing County, Hebei Province.  To date, its only product has been iron ore concentrate produced at its original facility located at the Zhuolu Mine.  China Huaxin is currently in trial production, and the company expects official production starting from the end of 2014.

Through China Jinxin, the company currently owns an iron ore concentrate production line in Zhuolu County with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of iron ore concentrate.  It began construction of this facility in 2007 and initiated production in March 2010.

Through China Huaxin, it owns a direct reduced iron production facility which was recently constructed at a cost of approximately $34 million.  This plant is currently in the trial production and the company expects official production starting from the end of 2014.

RealSource Residential, Inc. (OTCQB: RSRT) – RealSource Residential plans to acquire primarily multi-family housing with the intention of becoming a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc.
