accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider for leisure, entertainment, and cultural markets, today announces that pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2024 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

 

 

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM as dispatched to shareholders of the Company are available to view on the Company's website: www.accesso.com

 

 

The AGM of the Company will be held at Unit 5, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 20 May 2025 at 2.00 pm.
